Vaultix (“the App”) is a privacy-focused application designed to securely store and protect your files, photos, documents, and passwords on your device. This Privacy Policy explains how Vaultix handles your information.
Vaultix does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information with the developer or any third parties.
All data stored within Vaultix remains exclusively on your device.
Vaultix may request access to your device’s camera to allow you to capture photos directly within the app. Photos taken through the app are encrypted and stored locally on your device.
Vaultix requires access to device storage to import, encrypt, and manage files that users choose to protect within the app.
If enabled by the user, Vaultix may use fingerprint or facial recognition provided by the device’s operating system for authentication purposes. Vaultix does not access, collect, or store biometric information. All biometric processing is handled by the device’s secure authentication framework.
Your Master Password is used to protect access to your encrypted vault.

Vaultix does not sell, rent, share, or disclose user data to any third party.
All encrypted data remains on your device until it is deleted by you or removed during app uninstallation.
Depending on your device and operating system settings, uninstalling the application may permanently delete all vault data stored by the app.
If you use any built-in data deletion or emergency wipe features, the encrypted vault data will be permanently removed from the device.
Vaultix does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document.
